 Anyways,  I think I'm going to be losing computer privilages for a while after this. Not sure. Either way, I need a laptop. I guess we'll see how it goes. I also overdrew my bank account AGAIN. Work and money has really been getting me down lately.

So yeah, that's it. I don't feel very well right now, really tired and my head is killing me. Gonna go take a nap, or something. Later guys. 

I saw Transformers yesterday. Wasn't as good as the first and the plot was so-so, but I really enjoyed it over all. A little long, though. And! Not enough Bumblebee! 

Also. I saw it in IMAX. Which was mind blowingly awesome and I swear, my ears were ringing for half an hour after the movie. You wanna know how much I paid to see it? Three bucks! I had a gift certificate. : D

So. Does anyone have the scores for the movie? Either the new or first movie score? 


They showed the promo for the new HP movie. Guh.

Days like today are the reason I need to move out of here (and it's barely 8: 30 in the morning).

NOW - ? (a few days, maybe?) I just need some time to figure things out and maybe get out of this funk I've been. I've been in this ridiculously awful self pitying hole for the last week. Stress, family drama, and I need to get my work (and possibly/finally school!!! : D) stuff together. I might be around the RP circuit, but don't expect many comments from me. I'm not deleting my journal (but I might get a rename, shh!). 

Things that are making me happy today:

- I got a new hair color. I went and had it done professionally yesterday and as the lady was washing the dye out she told me that she was going to give me a free hair cut. She'd asked me earlier - but I told her I did not have the cash on me, perhaps next week. Anyways she talked me into it - I now have some serious layers and side bangs. I've never had that! Last time I had a haircut the lady told me bangs wouldn't work for me but I love them. And the color. It's a deeper red than I thought it would be. I am going to go and pay her on Monday, though. 

- Cody and I went to see Star Trek today. It. Was. AMAZING. Much better than I thought it would be. Fun and exciting and I loved the characters. I think Zach Quinto really made the movie for me - although Chris Pine ... whoa. Also Sulu and the russian guy (who's name I forgot) and Bana and Scotty (that was Simon Pegg, right?). Just AWESOME. 

- We ate at Johnny Rocket's after. Not only was the food awesome, but all of the servers got up and did disco to a song that came on. It was so cute! XD

- Watching my favorite episodes on Torchwood on tv. They showed two today, and I watched them both - with my aunt and mom and had to explain that yes, there is boykissing. *g* 

- Moonlight. Saw the pilot ep and it's not brilliantly made or anything BUT I LOVE IT SO FAR. Beth and Mick are so damn cute. <3

Thank you, Kripke for single handedly destroying my summer. I HOPE YOU'RE HAPPY. 

If anyone needs me, I will be in the corner ... counting down the days till Season FIVE of Supernatural.

OMG SUPERNATURAL WHY DO YOU INSIST ON DOING THIS TO ME. OMG. 

I am absolutely still unable to be coherent on how exactly this episode made me feel. So my thoughts are a bit rambly and all over the place - but in short: It broke my heart, but I LOVED IT. Seriously. I love the angst. KEEP IT COMING KRIPKE. <33

What is this Dreamwidth thing that everyone seems to be getting? Is this a mass movement or something? I've seen like, six or so entries about this morning. What's the deal?

So far I'm failing at marathoning Supernatural all over again. I've only finished the Pilot. Anyways... Wow, has this show changed. The acting, the characters, the feel, pretty much everything is different. 

And Sam was such a different character. I cannot believe that this sweet, boyish young man is the same hardcore, edgy and slightly terrifying hunter we see now. I'm not saying I don't love Sam now, I'm just saying ... well, he's changed a lot. 

I think I need to go through my icons and change my layout, I'm getting tired of my current header. I also think I might upload a new mood theme (awww, Ianto I still love you bb! <33)

The next time the phone rings, I am going to throw it across the room. I do not want to talk to a recording.

That would be beckytheelf , who I met via her Lord of the Rings yahoo group back in '04. A fun bunch, and they were talking about LJ and not wanting to be left out I went and got myself one. I got a new journal in '05, and a few months later (late 06) she left me a comment and since then we've rambled about LOTR, Lost, slash, Supernatural, those guys named Jensen and Jared and this new guy ... I think his name is Misha Collins. And have I mentioned slash?


SO. I've been a crappy updater. Remember when I used to update once every day? Now I'm lucky if I feel like it once a week. But STUFF is HAPPENING for once.

+ Today is Cody's 18th Birthday. You know where she went? Yup. Disneyland. They've got this promotion 'Get in free on your birthday', and that's what she did. My mom took her - got out of school early so she could go, but as far as I know, they haven't even got there yet.

I'd be jealous except we're going for the luncheon next month so it's no big. Hopefully this time my favorite ride will be working - last time we did not get to go on the Indiana Jones Adventure. Massive disappointment.

+ Supernatural happened last night. UHM. I totally loved it until the last fifteen minutes. I hate you, Kripke.  *cries* D : However, it's really got me going. I've decided that starting next week I'm going to watch the entire series all over. I miss seasons one and two. Two was my favorite, but one was where it all began.

Also, omg Sammy ILU.

+ Harper's Island was good last night. A bit slow, but I enjoyed it. However - my two theories went down the drain last night.

It was over 90 degrees today, and I had to work and I'm just so tired from being outside and hot. It's so funny, our friend from Colorado called and said it was snowing. Ughhhh. How is that fair? I would rather it be cold. Yesterday I went to the beach just as it was getting dark and starting to cool down. That was really nice, actually. The water was freezing, though, and we got soaked which we were trying to avoid. : P

Whoo, I got my rebate from buying Firefly. It only took two months, and it's only 20$, but money is money. I have to get my sister's b-day pressie, so there you go.

BBC America is going to be reshowing Torchwood from the beginning starting Saturday. Yay! I  was checking the guide and saw it, then I looked it up on their site. And it's true. : )

still wish it was the new episodes, though... meh. Apparently -- that's not till the summer. Again, meh.

As pathetic as it may seem, I've been sitting on my hands for months (since December at least) -- about buying the DVDS -- but they're so expensive that I never did it.

And before I go for the night:

• Supernatural tomorrow. I found a few spoilers for the final two episodes. I am happy, although I have a feeling that it's not going to play out the way I hope it will. But seriously, what else is new this season? Still, at least -- most of it sounds good..
• Nobody guessed on the meme I posted yesterday. Only one person -- so there's only one out of nine shows. I was sort of looking for an excuse to ramble about my favorite characters. Ah well...
